True Scoop Sanitation Inc. – Dog Waste Removal Services

1. Yard Access & Dog Safety

For the safety of your pets and our team, all dogs must be securely inside the home before we enter your yard.
If a dog is present in the yard at the time of service, we will not enter the yard and the visit may be skipped without refund.

You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the yard on your scheduled service day.

2. Locked Gates & Restricted Access

If gates are locked, access is blocked, or the yard is otherwise inaccessible, we cannot guarantee service completion.
Missed visits due to restricted access are not eligible for refunds.

3. Grass Length & Yard Conditions

Grass must be kept at a reasonable height to allow visible detection of pet waste.
If the lawn is overgrown, heavily obstructed, or covered by debris, we cannot guarantee that all waste will be removed.

4. Weather & Service Delays

For safety reasons, service may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat, or snow coverage.
When this happens, service will be rescheduled for the next safe, available day or your next regularly scheduled visit.

5. Service Limitations

Our service includes the removal of visible pet waste only. We do not provide landscaping, lawn care, or deep cleaning of non-yard areas.
We are not responsible for waste that is buried, hidden under objects, or not reasonably visible.

6. Billing & Payment

Services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
Payment methods are securely stored in our online client portal.
Failure to process payment may result in service suspension until the account is brought up to date.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may pause or reschedule services by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.
Same-day cancellations may be charged as a completed visit.

8. Health & Sanitation

Our technicians sanitize tools and equipment between properties to prevent cross-contamination.
While we take proper sanitation precautions, we are not liable for pre-existing health conditions of pets or people.

9. Liability Disclaimer

True Scoop is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing yard damage or conditions

  • Underground utilities or hidden hazards

  • Loose animals escaping due to faulty fencing or gates not properly secured by the customer

10. Property Boundaries

Service is provided only within the clearly defined yard area.
We are not responsible for shared properties, neighbor disputes, or unclear boundary lines.

11. Subscription & Service Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, routes, or service schedules with reasonable notice to customers.

*For Weekly and Bi-Weekly services, a minimum of a 6 month commitment is required*

12. Holidays

We do not offer pickup services on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

If your pickup falls under one of the days, it will be rescheduled to the next available day.

13. Agreement of Terms

By signing up for service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
