Step 2: Arrival and Property Review

On your scheduled service day, our team arrives within the confirmed time window, ready to get to work.

Arrival Notice: We’ll notify you by text or email when our technician is on their way.
Property Review: Once on site, we briefly review your yard to understand its layout and locate areas where pets typically spend the most time. This allows us to work efficiently and thoroughly.

Step 3: Complete Waste Removal

This step is where our expertise truly shines. True Scoop is committed to delivering dependable and detailed dog waste removal across Eastern and Southwestern Ontario.

Professional Equipment: We use purpose-built tools that allow for safe, sanitary collection without disturbing your lawn.
Detailed Coverage: Our technicians methodically cover the entire yard, focusing on common problem areas such as fence lines, shaded spaces, and corners.
Responsible Disposal: We offer the benefit to take all pet waste off of your property and dispose of it properly in accordance with municipal guidelines, or we will bag it and place it at a designated area for your own removal if removal is opted out of.

Step 4: Service Summary and Updates

Clear communication is part of our commitment to excellent service. After each visit, you’ll receive an update outlining what was completed.

Service Details: A summary of the work performed, including any optional treatments added during your visit.
Photo Documentation: For recurring plans, before-and-after photos are provided so you can see the results without needing to be home.
Helpful Observations: If we notice patterns or areas that may need extra attention, we’ll share recommendations to help maintain a cleaner yard.

Step 5: Satisfaction Commitment
